General questions

For site feedback, accessibility problems, broken navigation and questions about the discovery experience, identify the page and describe what happened. MyFlixer cannot manage an account, subscription, refund or playback problem belonging to an external provider; those requests should go directly to that service.

Corrections

For a wrong title fact, artwork mismatch or stale provider route, include the full page address and the exact field that should change. Read the corrections guide before sending a complex report.

Rights and protected material

Rights owners and authorized representatives should follow Rights Requests. A complete notice needs to identify the work, the MyFlixer location and the basis for the request. Sending the same incomplete message through several channels does not make review faster.
